General CVD processing temperature: Bernex high-temperature coating is 900-1050 ℃; BernexMTCVD middle coating temperature is 720-900 ℃. The range of coating thickness is 5-12mm, but in some cases, the coating thickness can up to 20mm, the range of process time is 8-24h.
1.CVD technology has the following characteristics:

2. Typical coating applications
In forging aluminum alloy, forming, HSM extrusion coating on the mold, carbide die TiN / TiC coating and other surface treatment, CVD coating technology performance is much higher than PVD coating technology. The reason is that the high temperature CVD coatings, strong performance of coating combination, the coating can be selected on 5 ~ 20mm thickness, but it also has good high temperature oxidation resistance, therefore it has a good result on the high-speed steel trimming die and extrusion die application .
